ALDO Group in Canada is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the Store Manager’s right hand and lead the store in their absence. You’ll drive sales, coach the team, and uphold the ALDO brand experience on the floor. As a hands-on leader, you’ll manage daily operations, guidance on visual merchandising, loss prevention, and a culture of respect and inclusion. The role requires a passion for fashion and availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
