Infasco Nut , a Mississauga automotive company, is looking for a Material Handler / Wash Operator .

Salary: $25.47/hour

Work Schedule: Rotating 3-shift operation (Days, Afternoons, Nights) – 40 hours per week

- Afternoon Shift Premium: $1.15/hour
- Night Shift Premium: $1.35/hour
- We are looking for candidates available to work a rotating schedule, with two weeks on each shift.

Main Responsibilities

- Operate the parts washing equipment.
- Perform daily soap concentration testing.
- Oversee the start-up skimming process.
- Complete and maintain daily wash logs.
- Handle and transport materials throughout the plant floor.
- Prepare and stage materials for manufacturing orders.
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper material identification.
- Work closely with Production and Shipping teams to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Support daily warehouse and manufacturing operations while following all safety procedures.

Requirements

- Ability to lift and carry up to 60 pounds.
- Intermediate computer skills required.




- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics setting.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve inventory and material discrepancies independently.
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to become certified.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and shipments.
- Experience maintaining an organized and clean warehouse environment.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to material handling, packing, and shipping.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Ability to work flexible rotating shifts, including overtime as required.
- Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is considered an asset.
