This isnt a thesis anymore. Weve crossed the hardest line in enterprise AI, from pilot to production. Four major financial institutions run Evolo inside their sales workflows today, and all four have expanded and extended their partnerships. Three more are onboarding. Were backed by Portage and Golden Ventures, and we expect the second half of this year to be our steepest curve yet.

We are shaping a current category: AI for product & offer education to 2x conversion. And it is forming right now, and so is the team that will own it. This is a founding-team seat: the people we hire this year are shaping the growth foundation of Evolo, the product, the culture, the standards everything after gets built on.

Your seat: youll own the enterprise cycle end to end, from the first conversation with a bank to a signed, expanding production deployment.

About the Role

As a Founding Enterprise Account Executive at Evolo, you will own revenue from first touch to signature. You will sell into large financial institutions where the buying committee spans marketing, sales, product, risk, and procurement, and where nobody is waiting for another vendor call.

In this role, you will leverage your experience selling something the market does not yet have a category for.



You will run the cycles yourself, decide what our sales motion actually is, and turn the first repeatable wins into the playbook every rep after you inherits.

Skills & Qualification

• Track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, ideally into financial institutions or other regulated buyers


• Experience selling an early or ambiguous product without a finished category, brand, or marketing engine behind you


• Comfort running the full cycle unassisted, from self-sourced pipeline through security and procurement review to signature


• Genuine fluency in how banks and insurers buy, including risk, compliance, legal, and vendor onboarding realities


• Strong discovery and business-case skills to translate a buyers conversion problem into a quantified reason to act


• Discipline with CRM hygiene, forecasting, and pipeline reporting so leadership can trust the number


• Bias toward building process, not just closing deals, capturing what works so it can be repeated by others

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle end to end, from self-sourced pipeline to closed and expanding production deployments


• Build and qualify pipeline within large financial institutions, reaching the executives who own conversion and buyer experience


• Run discovery that surfaces where buyer education breaks down today, and build the business case for fixing it


• Navigate risk, security, compliance, and procurement review, keeping deals moving through the gates that stall enterprise AI


• Partner closely with product and engineering, carrying real buyer objections back into the roadmap
  
• Define Evolos sales motion, messaging, and pricing approach in partnership with the founders


• Establish the playbook, process, and standards the sales team hired after you will run on
