We are seeking a mature and reliable individual for this role. You will perform various tasks to maintain landfill cleanliness, assist with minor custodial work, and engage with disposers regarding site rules. Your efforts contribute significantly to our mission of redefining waste management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of the landfill site in all weather
• Conduct site litter collection and custodial tasks
• Assist with daily site clean-up and maintenance
• Perform minor load screening and provide user information
• Operate light service vehicles as needed

Requirements:
• Customer service experience essential
• Previous landfill experience a plus
• Physically able to handle job demands
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid BC Driver's Licence required
