As a Health Care Aide, you will collaborate with care team members under a Staff Nurse's guidance. Your responsibilities include personal care, secure transfers, feeding support, and routine treatments. You will also assist residents in engaging with social activities and navigating the facility, ensuring each individual's needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal hygiene assistance such as bathing and showering
• Safely transfer residents using appropriate lifting techniques
• Assist residents during meals based on care plans




• Administer routine treatments under nurse direction
• Support residents in recreational and social activities

Requirements:
• Minimum one year of relevant care experience
• Completion of recognized PCA/HCA certification
• Fluent English communication skills
• Active registration with CLHA of Alberta
• Post-secondary education is an asset
