Key Responsibilities:
• Execute maintenance functions per established schedules
• Respond to maintenance issues across residential buildings
• Assist with installation of doors and blinds




• Complete required paperwork efficiently
• Report maintenance progress to the Assistant Maintenance Manager

Requirements:
• Completed high school education
• At least 2 years experience in maintenance
• Skills in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Basic First Aid certification and clear criminal record check
