This role involves administering medications, performing wound care, and providing emotional support within the comfort of client homes. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and transfers
• Complete nursing notes and document observations
• Provide emotional support and therapeutic rapport
• Communicate health concerns effectively to staff
• Support chronic disease management and symptom control

Requirements:
• Current RPN license in good standing
• 1+ years experience in community or home care
• CPR/First Aid certified
• Must have experience with tracheal suctioning
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
