The Opportunity
As a Travel Expert at SellOffVacations, you will work at our retail store in Barrie, reporting to the Selling Supervisor/Branch Manager. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service to consumer travel clients and building long‑term relationships to create a strong repeat customer base.

Responsibilities

Provide high quality service to consumer travel clients emphasizing long‑term working relationships to build a strong repeat customer base.

Sell a full range of preferred supplier products to meet and exceed targets.

Provide accurate, complex travel information (e.g., travel documentation and related details).





Organize and assist with local business‑building promotions and local networking.

Assist in the resolution of client complaints.

Invoice and document client files accurately in accordance with company policy.

Work closely with consumers, tour operators, and various internal support departments.

Qualifications

Experience as a Travel Counsellor.

Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.

Provincial certification.
