Empire Homes is looking for a Home Orientation Representative to support communities in Breslau, Caledonia, and Brantford. In this role, you will oversee pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) and work closely with homeowners to address any home deficiencies. You’ll leverage your customer service experience and knowledge of the Tarion Construction Performance Guidelines and Ontario Building Code to improve quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule homeowner inspections based on construction dates
• Report deficiencies using spreadsheets and internal reports




• Communicate effectively with homeowners and company departments
• Organize documentation and create onsite inspection packages
• Oversee PDI deficiency resolutions and follow-up orientations

Requirements:
• College Degree or Diploma preferred
• 2-3 years experience with Tarion CPG and Ontario Building Code
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and quick to learn recent programs
• Valid 'G' driver's license required
• Previous customer service experience is an asset
