As a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), you'll make meaningful connections with residents and support their overall well-being through compassionate care. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality nursing care and support
• Prepare and administer medications as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care
• Encourage resident self-sufficiency and health education
• Mentor and guide unregulated care workers

Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse active with Ontario College
• Current BCLS and Medication Administration Certificates
• Minimum 1 year in Geriatric Nursing experience
• Eligible to work legally in Canada
