Join Canucks Sports & Entertainment as a Receptionist and create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors at the Aquilini Centre West Tower in Vancouver. Excel in customer service while handling administrative support for Event Services.

This term position runs until September 2026 with potential for extension. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact, engaging with diverse guests and callers at a busy reception. Your responsibilities include managing bookings, efficiently screening calls, and supporting fan services and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist all visitors and callers professionally
• Manage the Rogers Arena tour calendar and scheduling
• Handle inquiries through phone and email platforms
• Operate a busy switchboard,



relaying messages accurately
• Coordinate incoming/outgoing couriers and manage filing

Requirements:
• Minimum two years in a reception or administrative role
• Professional presence with excellent communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with high-profile guests
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and proactive in learning

This role emphasizes customer service excellence and professionalism in a high-energy workplace.
