This temporary full time position as a Registered Practical Nurse consists of 12-hour shifts, encompassing both day and evening rotations. You will be responsible for providing compassionate nursing care and administering medications, while simultaneously fostering relationships that enhance residents' well-being. Your expertise in geriatric nursing will greatly benefit the residents’ daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer prescribed medication per standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication
• Facilitate wellness education and promote self-care




• Develop and assess individual care plans for residents
• Provide direction and support to unregulated care workers

Requirements:
• Valid RPN registration with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Current certifications in Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Minimum one year of experience in Geriatric Nursing
• Eligibility for work in Canada, passing a Vulnerable Sector Check
• Understand and promote inclusive workplace standards
