This role is ideal for individuals seeking long-term employment who are enthusiastic about ensuring the safety of the Alaska Highway. You'll operate various heavy equipment, perform physically demanding tasks, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions to maintain the highway's condition.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snowplow trucks and heavy equipment
• Maintain Alaska Highways alongside seasonal tasks
• Assist with labour duties like crack sealing and pothole repair




• Work outside throughout all weather conditions
• Follow safety protocols and complete necessary training

Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement
• Explicit 3-year driver’s abstract
• Successful completion of drug and alcohol testing
• Previous snowplow truck experience is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
