About the Role Pick up packages from customer addresses (including apartments and residential buildings) based on scheduled pickup windowsVerify package details, labels, and customer information at the point of pickupSafely transport collected packages to the designated relay/handoff pointHand off packages to relay drivers, ensuring proper documentation and chain-of-custody recordsCommunicate professionally and courteously with customers during pickupReport any delays, damaged packages, or issues to the Operations Coordinator promptlyMaintain accurate pickup logs (digital or paper, depending on system used)Keep your vehicle clean, safe, and in positive working conditionFollow all traffic laws and company safety protocols
Requirements -Valid Class 5 License with a clean driving record-Reliable personal vehicle(make/model requirements may apply)-Smartphone for Use with delivery App- Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting packages up to 50lbs)-1 year Experience in Courier Service or its equivalent.- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings/weekends(adjust as needed).-Strong time management and navigation skills.
