BD in Canada is seeking a Field Service Representative to provide in office technical support for robotic systems used in automated pharmacy preparation. This role requires travel across Nova Scotia and occasional support to other provinces.
You will perform installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, update software, and write service reports while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Fluent English and a valid driver's license are essential, with 50% travel expected.
