We are looking for Bilingual Call Center Agents to join our team and provide outstanding customer service to our clients. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues in both French and English.

Compensation: $21.00 per hour (approx. $43,000 per year)

What You'll Do

Respond to customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information in both French and English.

Resolve customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels and adhering to company standards.

Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries in both languages.

Document interactions and maintain up-to-date records in our systems.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
