EORLA offers a temporary Laboratory Technician role until February 2027. Engage in vital diagnostics, sample preparation, and contribute to laboratory efficiency through various shifts.
As a Laboratory Technician, your responsibilities will include the collection and preparation of clinical samples for testing and reporting at EORLA. You may also aid in resolving issues with unsuitable specimens and help train recent team members when necessary. Flexibility is key as you may work all shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends across different locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collect and prepare samples for clinical diagnostics
• Resolve issues with unsuitable specimens
• Facilitate training for new laboratory staff
• Ensure rotation in job functions as required
• Accurately report diagnostic results to the team
Requirements:
• College diploma in a relevant medical program
• 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred
• Understanding of laboratory practices and safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills required
• Criminal Records Check needed for employment
