Help empower autistic youth by becoming a Support Worker with the Canucks Autism Network! This position supports various recreational programs in Kamloops starting Fall 2026.

As a Support Worker at the Canucks Autism Network, you will play a critical role in facilitating engagement for autistic participants in multisport, swimming, skating, and more. Your commitment to fostering a safe and inclusive space will allow each participant to thrive. You will also collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure that each child's unique needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Foster a protected, inclusive environment for participants
• Support individual development and engagement
• Communicate effectively with families and staff
• Assist in maintaining health and safety protocols
• Collaborate with supervisors and coaches

Requirements:
• At least 16 years of age
• Criminal Record Check required
• Flexibility for evenings and weekends
• Relevant experience with Autistic individuals preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
