This role is for someone who enjoys staying busy, moves quickly between conversations, and feels energized by a high volume of outbound calls and emails.

At Aqua Life Swim Academy, our Client Care & Sales team speaks with families who are actively looking to register for swim lessons. This is a phone-heavy, high-pace role where efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism matter.

If you like structure, momentum, and a steady flow of calls, you’ll do well here.

What You’ll Be Doing
Handle a high volume of outbound/inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries
Speak with clients, assess needs, and recommend appropriate swim programs
Convert inquiries into registrations in a transparent and professional manner
Follow up on incomplete registrations and warm leads
Manage client accounts, schedule changes, and general questions
Accurately document interactions in our CRM (GoHighLevel / Google Workspace)
Work closely with operations to ensure a smooth client experience

What We’re Looking For
Very strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in call-center, client care, or sales roles (preferred)
Comfort handling back-to-back calls and inquiries
Attention to detail and accurate data entry
Ability to work Sunday-Thursday | 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
