Reporting to the Operations Control Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating operational logistics for protected and efficient flight operations. This includes customs handling, communication of flight details, and support for crew arrangements. Your proactive management will significantly contribute to maintaining high standards in flight operations and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate customs and airport slot arrangements
• Manage FBO notifications and aircraft handling logistics




• Confirm flight details and documentation with crew
• Oversee International trip planning and requirements
• Ensure effective response during Irregular Operations (IROPs)

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year in operational logistics, aviation sector preferred
• Familiarity with Transport Canada regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Flight Dispatcher certifications are a plus
