You will prepare policy documents, issue Certificates of Insurance, and assist with renewal presentations, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and issue Certificates of Insurance
• Process new business, renewals, and endorsements
• Request driver abstracts and AutoPlus reports
• Issue client invoices and liability slips
• Assist with updating client changes in Excel

Requirements:
• Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent team collaboration skills
• Self-starter with good Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• Capability to analyze client coverage and loss experience
• Experience in customer service in commercial insurance
