Support children's development as a School Age Coordinator at Killarney Beach YMCA in Lefroy. This full-time role emphasizes quality care and engagement in children's education.

You will be responsible for supervising children in a safe, engaging environment while encouraging play-based learning aligned with YMCA standards. As a leader, you’ll communicate effectively with families and staff, ensuring that all children receive the support they need, especially those with exceptional behaviors. Your role is crucial in fostering cooperative relationships within the center and with community partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide quality care and monitor children's health needs
• Engage with children through play-based activities




• Communicate ongoing with families regarding children's progress
• Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and policies
• Create a safe and inviting space for children to learn and grow

Requirements:
• Minimum age of 18 years
• First Aid and CPR certification required within 90 days
• Strong interpersonal skills with families and children
• Registered ECE or equivalent educational background
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions outdoors
