As a Nurturing Support Worker, create a safe, positive space for children aged 5-12 in a camp setting. Your interpersonal skills will help foster effective communication with kids and families alike.

This role requires patience, flexibility, and the ability to calmly address behavioral challenges. Collaborating with camp staff and families is essential to ensure a supportive environment for all children. A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related fields is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set and maintain transparent boundaries for safety
• Provide focused 1:1 support for children
• Collaborate seamlessly with staff and families
• Respond calmly to behavioral challenges
• Maintain a positive and nurturing environment

Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent training
• Minimum six months experience providing support
• Preferred diploma in Early Childhood Education, Support Services, or related fields
• Current First Aid and CPR C Level 1 certification
• Willingness to obtain necessary certifications
