Tim Hortons in Normandin, QC is hiring a Food Assembly Supervisor to lead daily food preparation and assembly operations at 1128 av. du Rocher.

Responsibilities

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

Supervise and check assembly of trays

Establish work schedules

Requirements

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a food service or related workplace

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required

Excellent oral communication skills

Client focus, flexibility, dependability, and team player attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure and tight deadlines





Physical capability: standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling
