In this position, you'll work with K-12 students, focusing on behavioral management and individual learning plans. Your responsibilities involve aiding teachers and supervising students in wide-ranging learning environments. This role requires enthusiasm for empowering students with diverse abilities and a commitment to fostering their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily instructional activities and personal care routines
• Provide behavior and emotional support to students as needed
• Implement Individual Education Plans collaboratively with teachers




• Facilitate inclusion for all students within classroom activities
• Engage in training and development for effective support

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education with relevant Human Services Worker certification
• Experience working with students with diverse abilities
• Certification in Crisis Prevention Intervention and CPR-AED
• Knowledge of communication systems for special needs
• Class 5 B.C. driver's license is preferred
