Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Fundraising Marketing, you will oversee the Leadership Giving program's annual goals. Key responsibilities include cultivating relationships with donors contributing between $1,000 and $5,000. Your expertise in donor stewardship and personal solicitation will help deepen connections and secure vital funding for cancer research and care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and manage a portfolio of leadership donors
• Drive the growth of Leadership Giving revenue targets
• Deliver personalized engagement and reporting to donors




• Collaborate with internal teams on fundraising efforts
• Maintain accurate donor data management

Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent experience in Business
• 5+ years in fundraising with a focus on donor relationships
• Proven track record with mid-level or major gifts
• Robust communication and strategic planning skills
• Experience with CRM software, preferably Blackbaud CRM
