We are looking for experienced Dozer Operators with at least 3 years of experience on D6T to D10 machines. This job involves various tasks including stripping, grading, and preparing sites for construction with adherence to all safety protocols. You will work in a dynamic outdoor workplace on continual projects, ensuring your skills contribute effectively to our client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strip and rip material for lease and pad construction
• Hold grade and slope per specifications without supervision




• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report defects
• Maintain clear communication using a 2-way radio
• Complete safety assessments and follow PPE policies

Requirements:
• 3+ years dozer experience on heavy civil works
• Valid driver's license and CSA approved safety boots
• Safety training certifications: CSO, BSO, CSTS, or OSSA
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts in various weather conditions
