Dexterra Group is seeking a dynamic Sous-Chef to direct the overall operation of food preparation, production, ordering, scheduling, payroll and onboarding of recent hires. You will supervise daily kitchen activities, uphold Dexterra standards, and ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
You will contribute to menu planning, recipe development, new product testing and recipe management, while controlling costs and inventory.
