You will work as part of a team dedicated to assisting individuals affected by overdose. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing support and education, and collaborating with other agencies to ensure clients receive appropriate care. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate client recovery and treatment guidance
• Educate on harm reduction strategies and distribute supplies
• Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans
• Collaborate with community partners for enhanced support
• Render emergency paramedic services as needed
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Registered as a Primary Care Paramedic with Saskatchewan
• One year experience in harm reduction practices
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence required
• Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Search required
