We're seeking a dedicated Student Support Teacher (SST) with BC Certification and a Bachelor of Education emphasizing Inclusive Education. Ideal candidates will have prior teaching experience at the elementary level, along with expertise in diverse abilities and personalized curriculum adaptation. The role requires strong collaboration with educational staff, parents, and the community to support students effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evaluate Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments using various evaluation methods




• Collaborate with classroom teachers to facilitate inclusive practices
• Lead and supervise Educational Assistants and Child Care Workers
• Utilize and promote technology and instructional materials for diverse needs

Requirements:
• BC Certification and Bachelor of Education specializing in Inclusion
• Previous teaching experience in Inclusive Education
• Strong behavioral management strategies expertise
• Familiarity with assistive software and Microsoft Office
• Effective team collaboration and communication skills
