Key Responsibilities:
• Elicit requirements through stakeholder interviews and sessions
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile workflows
• Create end-to-end process flow diagrams and process maps




• Lead backlog refinement sessions and assist the Product Owner
• Collaborate with development and QA teams for requirement clarification

Requirements:
• Over 15 years as a Business Analyst/BSA
• Minimum 8 years in Waterfall, 5 in Agile projects
• Strong understanding of banking products and personal credit
• Experience mapping business processes and writing user stories
• Agile/Scrum team experience and participation in ceremonies
