Join CLIC’s Group Benefits team as an Underwriting Best Practices Specialist. This hybrid role focuses on developing and improving underwriting training and practice standards.

As a Group Underwriting Best Practices & Training Specialist at CLIC, your primary focus will be on providing comprehensive training and leadership for the Underwriting staff. You will develop structured training programs and facilitate operations that respond to the latest industry trends. Your role includes maintaining robust Quality Assurance programs and communication of changes in procedures and guidelines to ensure staff alignment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Train and support current and existing Group Underwriting staff
• Facilitate interactive training sessions and presentations




• Develop and refine training programs for enhanced self-service
• Oversee the Quality Assurance programs effectively
• Communicate updates to underwriting guidelines and procedures

Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 5 years of Group Underwriting experience
• Proven experience in developing adult learning programs
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities
• Relevant certifications (ACS, FLMI, CEBS) desirable
