This position seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse with expertise in supervision, education, and nursing management. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide coaching and leadership to nursing employees
• Assist in day-to-day Nursing Department management




• Lead recruitment and performance evaluations
• Oversee nursing orientation and career development
• Collaborate on quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:
• RN or RPN registration in good standing
• Minimum of three years nursing experience
• Leadership experience in healthcare environments
• Knowledge of gerontological nursing practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
