Ledcor is seeking Operators to join our team for upcoming construction, maintenance, shutdown, and turnaround projects in the Fort McMurray region.

Essential Responsibilities: Safely operate heavy equipment in accordance with project requirements
Complete daily inspections and maintenance checks
Support excavation, grading, material movement, and site preparation activities
Work closely with crews, supervisors, and spotters
Follow all safety procedures and project requirements
Assist with additional duties as required
Qualifications: Previous experience operating heavy equipment in industrial, civil, or oil sands environments
Ability to work safely around personnel and existing infrastructure
Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and inspections
Valid operator certifications considered an asset
Valid Class 5 driver's licence
