You will engage in creative and technical arts, leading worship services and special events while ensuring alignment with the church's spiritual mission. Four key aspects include training, spiritual counseling, and fostering global worship experiences across generations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on Sunday service architecture and worship expressions
• Lead and mentor worship teams and volunteers




• Oversee direct reports and budget for Worship Arts department
• Foster diversity in worship reflecting global Church nature
• Facilitate alignment across worship, preaching, and prayer sections

Requirements:
• Solid personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Experience in designing diverse worship services
• Ability to lead creatively and collaboratively
• Musically gifted with vocal and instrumental skills
• Relevant theological education preferred
