As part of the Talent & Development team, you will design and facilitate engaging instructor-led programs that drive leadership skills and enhance employees' capabilities. Collaborate across the organization to assess learning needs and implement effective solutions that foster engagement and development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and design cutting-edge leadership and communication courses
• Facilitate workshops and interactive sessions effectively

• Partner with HR and leaders to identify development needs
• Regularly evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, or similar
• Proven experience in leadership program design and facilitation

• Strong background in creating training materials and resources
