Become an integral part of OEM Remanufacturing as an Exchange Planner based in Edmonton. Oversee planning and administration for the Machine Shop and Welding departments while managing salvage operations and inventory control.

As an Exchange Planner, you'll handle salvage queue management and internal fabrication work orders, ensuring customer requirements are met efficiently. Collaborate with production planners to solve problems creatively and maintain positive relationships with internal customers. You will be accountable for tracking RFA conversions, managing lead times, and producing essential reports.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review daily RFA requirements for production plans
• Manage inventory of salvage and internal parts




• Ensure lead time compliance for salvage work orders
• Communicate plans and updates to stakeholders
• Monitor parts flow through salvage areas

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years related experience
• Solid administrative and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience in supply chain management preferred
