Reporting to the Manager of Respiratory Therapy, you’ll play a vital role in delivering 24/7 care across various units, including the Ross Tilley Burn Centre. This role requires solid clinical skills, particularly in ventilation management, airway management, and team collaboration during critical events. Your expertise will also extend to supervising and educating students under clinical guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage ventilation, weaning, and discontinuation processes
• Participate actively in Code, Trauma, and Rapid Response Teams




• Conduct intubations and tracheostomy tube insertions
• Deliver targeted respiratory care as necessary
• Oversee and mentor Respiratory Therapy students

Requirements:
• Current registration with CRTO
• Degree/Diploma from accredited Respiratory Therapy Program
• Certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS)
• Previous experience in Acute and Critical Care settings
• Proven ability to function independently and in stressful situations
