This full time role focuses on preventative maintenance for assigned apartment buildings. Candidates should have a minimum of two years' experience in HVAC, BAS, and FAS within a Class A residential complex. Robust skills in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs are essential for the job.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing and electrical repairs
• Clean common areas and ensure safety equipment functions
• Conduct inspections and complete repairs in a timely manner

Requirements:
