As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety, efficiency, and operational excellence of our facilities. Responsibilities

Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance Leading and supporting technicians with preventative and corrective maintenance Responding to emergency maintenance issues as required Ensuring compliance with Worksafe NB regulations Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental laws and regulations Completing detailed documentation for scheduled and emergency maintenance and installations Supporting facility upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives Performing other related duties as required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or commercial maintenance Mandatory HVAC experience Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced,



rapidly changing team environment Assets That Will Set You Apart

Millwright certification Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) Previous experience in manufacturing or cannabis production environments Full-time position based at our Fredericton, New Brunswick facility Overtime required during peak production periods and project deadlines What You Can Expect at PURPLEFARM
