In this vital role, you will be responsible for guest transportation to Banff attractions, operating various hotel vehicles, and offering local insights. Your warm demeanor and meticulous attention to detail will help to enhance the luxury hospitality experience we pride ourselves on. Training and support for obtaining a Class 4 driver’s license will be provided to set you up for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Transport guests safely to local attractions
• Operate hotel vehicles, including shuttles and SUVs
• Assist with luggage loading and unloading
• Provide information about hotel services thoroughly
• Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness
Requirements:
• Valid Alberta Class 4 Driver's License required
• Experience driving passenger vehicles safely
• Calm and skilled communication style
• Strong reliability and punctuality
• Knowledge of Banff National Park is a plus
