Responsibilities

Evaluate, review, and debug full stack code (frontend and backend) and technical content generated by advanced AI models.

Assess the quality of AI outputs for correctness, efficiency, scalability, and adherence to industry best practices.

Work through system design and algorithmic problems across the application stack to push model capabilities forward.

Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve the model's logic and engineering judgment.

Work completely independently and asynchronously, following detailed technical guidelines.

Qualifications

Experience: Strong professional software engineering experience.

Technical Skills: Robust hands‑on coding experience in full stack development, with a deep understanding of databases, APIs, data structures, algorithms, and system design.

Code Quality: Proven experience writing, reviewing, and debugging production‑level code.

Communication: Strong written communication skills and a high attention to detail.
