Become the key coordinator for workspace planning at Dunsmuir, Vancouver, managing office renovations and relocations. This hybrid role involves project management, furniture layout design, and stakeholder engagement.

A full time role, this position requires a project management or design background combined with at least three years of experience in construction projects. You'll oversee office layouts, furniture installations, and adhere to building management standards while collaborating closely with contractors, suppliers, and ergonomists. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for this multifaceted position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate office construction and renovations
• Develop furniture layouts that meet client requirements




• Oversee contractor schedules and reconcile invoices
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients
• Monitor inventory of furniture and supplies

Requirements:
• Certificate in project management or related field
• Three years of project coordination experience
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Ability to travel to multiple sites
• Experience with ergonomics consultations
