In this position, you will be responsible for completing paint tasks on various aircraft, adhering to strict quality control protocols, and collaborating with both internal and external customers. You'll engage in continuous skill development and contribute to Cascade's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform aircraft painting on both composite and metal surfaces
• Maintain detailed records and documentation for all paint tasks




• Conduct visual inspections to identify additional repair needs
• Assist junior technicians and provide coaching for efficiency
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures

Requirements:
• Grade 12 Diploma required
• Certificate in Automotive or Industrial Painting desirable
• Experience in aviation painting preferred
• Robust communication skills in English
• Ability to follow Quality Control Procedures (QCP)
