Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee planned equipment availability for mine processes
• Collaborate effectively with Operations and Planning teams
• Champion proactive maintenance activities and safety standards




• Investigate and resolve functional failures with stakeholders
• Manage materials and services to meet operational needs

Requirements:
• At least 5 years in a leadership role
• Minimum 10 years in underground maintenance
• Mechanical Engineering/Technology certification preferred
• Strong technical knowledge and mechanical skills
• Commitment to continuous improvement and safety
