Become a vital part of healthcare improvement as a Technical Specialist specializing in Epic applications with ENHANCE Ontario. This full-time role involves troubleshooting, operational support, and committee collaboration to enhance clinical workflows.

In this position, you will independently resolve issues and provide ongoing maintenance for critical applications, significantly impacting patient care. You will also work alongside stakeholders to identify system capabilities and risks, driving productive workflow optimization across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve complex operational issues with minimal assistance
• Lead application updates, enhancement testing, and new releases




• Support committees with system capabilities and workflow design
• Collaborate to create and update training materials
• Review project statuses with leadership regularly

Requirements:
• Prior Epic build or operations experience is essential
• Background in Medical Laboratory Technology strongly preferred
• Epic certification in relevant areas must be obtained
• Proficiency in Sectra or lab processes is an asset
