This part-time temporary contract for Counsellor begins on September 1, 2026, running through the school year. Your role involves applying knowledge of behaviour support and mental health to help teachers and students thrive. Bring your Master's degree and counselling expertise to create a nurturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and develop behaviour plans
• Collaborate with educators for student-centered interventions
• Deliver SEL programming school-wide
• Guide and support students transitioning in school
• Connect families with community resources

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in counselling psychology or related area
• Demonstrated experience in behaviour support
• Knowledge of Universal Design for Learning
• Commitment to First People's Principles of Learning
• Collaboration skills with educational teams
