KingSett Capital is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to join the Toronto team reporting to the Manager, Analysis and Resilience. The Asset Management team is focused on all aspects of real estate operations, including oversight of all third-party property managers, real estate brokers and consultants. The successful incumbent will provide support to the asset management team, including asset managers and sustainability professionals, and is intended to create capacity through standardized process and improvement of real estate operations.

Role Responsibilities Assimilate property and building performance data from various sources to create and analyze consolidated portfolio-level reporting (monthly and quarterly).
Track property-level and portfolio-level KPI’s and identify trends and outliers.
Assist with the review of monthly reporting and budget review.
Assist with acquisition, disposition, and financing data management as required.
Communicate regularly and effectively with property managers, leasing professionals and finance teams.
Undertake ongoing market research and compilation of data including leasing trends.
Conduct research on sustainability/building performance concepts.
Other tasks as aptitude, organizational skills and business requirements permit.
Participate in special projects and ad hoc requests.
Candidate Profile Undergraduate degree in business or real estate.




1-2 years of experience in a top tier real estate firm.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills and strong knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
Exposure to PowerBI is an asset.
High ethical standards, displaying both professional and personal integrity.
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; able to engage and collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.
Solid analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with sound judgment in complex situations.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
