As a vital member of our team, you’ll manage plant operations, oversee production schedules, and ensure adherence to quality specifications. The ideal candidate possesses robust mechanical skills and a solid understanding of asphalt processes. You will also perform equipment maintenance, collaborate with various teams, and uphold safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor asphalt plant equipment daily
• Produce asphalt per approved designs and quality standards
• Conduct plant start-up, shutdown, and inspections




• Adjust production processes to maintain efficiency
• Work with dispatch and crews to meet production needs

Requirements:
• Experience operating an asphalt plant or similar facility
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
• Understanding of production processes and quality control
• Ability to manage priorities in a rapid-paced setting
• Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence
