The Finance Director oversees the fiscal management of the Prosserman JCC and Schwartz/Reisman Centre. You will manage daily financial operations, direct annual budgeting, and ensure GAAP compliance. This position collaborates closely with the CFO and enables effective decision-making across a substantial operating budget.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily financial operations of SRC and PJCC
• Lead budgeting, reforecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Deliver accurate financial reports monthly, quarterly, and annually




• Manage cash flow and departmental accounting practices
• Coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance and reporting

Requirements:
• Qualified Canadian C.A. or C.G.A. designation
• 5+ years managing finance functions
• Experience in a not-for-profit organization preferred
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and database management
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
